at Fresh Cut Pros, Inc. in Minooka, Illinois, United States Job Description Job Description Fresh Cut Pros is hiring experienced Landscapers / Mow Techs to join our team. This is a full-time, outdoor position maintaining residential and commercial properties throughout the local area. Team members perform professional mowing and landscape maintenance while working from an assigned daily route.
Responsibilities include:
Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing Operating commercial zero-turn mowers and landscaping equipment Mulching, weeding, leaf cleanup, and general landscape maintenance Loading, unloading, and using landscaping tools and materials Following assigned routes and schedules Checking and maintaining equipment daily Maintaining high standards for quality, efficiency, and customer service Working safely outdoors in varying weather conditions We operate on a Performance Pay system , allowing productive employees who consistently complete high-quality work efficiently to earn more.
Schedule:
Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, typically four 10-hour days , with occasional overtime or rain make-up days.
Pay:
$900-$1,500 per week , based on experience, production, efficiency, and performance.
Open Interviews:
