Qualifications:
Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker (SSW) endorsement Previous experience with pre-K/early childhood or similar age groups preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to conduct play-based evaluations Flexibility and adaptability to new environments
Responsibilities:
Provide direct social work services to students aged 3-5, focusing on early intervention Conduct evaluations (including play-based) on Fridays and as needed Track and complete 2,870 monthly minutes, averaging 75 minutes per student Participate in arrival and dismissal duties, assisting students safely into the building Push into classrooms for integrated student services
