In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing landscapes through skilled landscaping, plant care, and grounds maintenance. Your hands-on approach will ensure beautiful, safe, and well-kept outdoor environments that inspire and delight. Whether working on residential, commercial, or public properties, your passion for outdoor work and attention to detail will shine through in every project. This weekly paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscape management while contributing to vibrant, healthy outdoor spaces. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and mulching to keep areas pristine and attractive Operate a variety of grounds maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, power tools, excavators, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and health assessments to promote safety and growth Implement hardscape projects like installing pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures with precision Apply pesticides responsibly following safety protocols to control pests while protecting plants and the environment Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and weeds to maintain healthy landscapes and assist with horticultural planning Experience •Driver License Required•Proven outdoor work experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance environments Mechanical knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment operation is essential Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including mowing, pruning, planting, and fertilization Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting techniques Experience with tree care procedures such as trimming and disease management Construction experience related to hardscape installation is a plus Ability to follow safety protocols diligently while operating power tools and heavy machinery Join us in creating stunning outdoor spaces that inspire!
