Landscape Management Crew Leader Status:

Full-time, Seasonal Purpose and Description The Landscape Gardener is responsible for providing quality landscape maintenance and horticultural services to our clients through daily tasks such as weeding, pruning, mulching, installation of plant material and mulch. The Gardener is also tasked with providing excellent customer service , demonstrating good time management and following the direction of the Crew Leader. This position consists of field operations and customer service. Responsibilities/Activities Customer Service Be friendly and professional when interacting with customers and other employees Leave the worksite neat and clean when work is completed Relay any communication from the customer to your Crew Leader immediately Field Operations Take direction from Crew Leader and follow through to completion Landscape Maintenance tasks including Remove and/or spray out weeds Prune plants as directed Deadhead and detail flowering plants Clean up beds from leaf litter, trash and debris Fertilize plant material Apply mulch to beds Treat plants for insect and disease issues Install plant material including Plant annual and perennial plants Install shrubs and small trees Assist Crew Leader with other tasks as assigned Success Behaviors/Qualifications 1.
