Job Description

O'Neal Golf Management with Battle Ground Golf Club is seeking a dedicated, self-motivated individual to join our team in maintaining our golf course and grounds. This position reports directly to the Golf Course Superintendent and Co-owner, "Doc" O'Neal. This is a seasonal role with an initial start date of July 27, 2026 . Please note that there are no working hours scheduled from December through February of each calendar year.
Schedule & Hours Shift:
Early morning to early afternoon (e.g., 6:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.)

Hours:
Daily hours will fluctuate based on the work necessary to complete daily responsibilities. Essential Responsibilities & Physical Demands Perform core landscaping and course care, including mowing, raking bunkers, sanding, and detailing with a string trimmer. Safely lift and move objects weighing 20+ pounds. Maintain a strong work ethic, high standards of pride in your work, and the ability to work productively with minimal supervision.
Qualifications Experience:
2 years of work experience in the golf industry is preferred, but not required.
Traits:
Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable with early morning shifts.
Pay:
$14.00 - $18.00 per hour
