Job Description Role Overview Account Executive Officer is responsible for coordinating and overseeing charter and corporate flight operations to ensure safe, efficient, and seamless service delivery. The role involves close coordination with clients, crew, ground handlers, and internal teams, providing high quality customer service and operational support throughout the flight lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage charter and corporate flight operations, ensuring compliance with operational standards and client requirements. Provide customer service support for EW and corporate flights, addressing client needs and operational inquiries professionally and promptly Prepare and manage charter flight quotations, including pricing coordination and service details. Handle email correspondence with clients, operators, crew, and service providers in a timely and professional manner. Supervise handling services, including ground handling, catering, fuel, permits, and other third-party service providers. Conduct flight monitoring, ensuring real-time tracking and proactive response to delays, changes, or operational issues. Coordinate closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth flight execution. Maintain accurate operational records and reports related to flight activities. Qualifications Candidate Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in any field Experience Experience in charter or corporate flight operations or aviation customer service. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple flights and tasks under time-sensitive conditions. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in email communication and basic operational documentation. Knowledge of aviation operations, flight handling, and customer service standards. Language Skills Excellent spoken and written English Competencies & Skills May require flexible working hours, including weekends or holidays, depending on flight schedules Fast-paced operational environment requiring adaptability and responsiveness Knowledge of computer operations.
