You'll keep the grounds at Fort Wayne Health Campus looking sharp for our residents and their families, working with a small maintenance team that takes pride in the property. No degree or prior experience required. What we offer Competitive Compensation Daily Pay Robust health and voluntary benefit options 401k Employee referral bonus Flexible scheduling Outdoor work with a hands-on maintenance team What you'll do Maintain the grounds across the campus Remove weeds and care for landscaping, mulch, and flower beds Complete work orders assigned by the Director of Maintenance Operate general groundskeeping equipment safely Follow safety procedures and report any hazards you spot What you need No education or certification required Two years of groundskeeping experience preferred, but not required Comfortable operating general groundskeeping equipment A dependable, friendly approach around residents, families, and visitors Physical requirements Regularly lift, push, or pull up to 75 pounds Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, and squatting Regular twisting, bending, and gripping Outdoor work in extreme heat and in dusty areas, with possible exposure to chemical or respiratory hazards Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
