Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems, including valves, controllers, mainlines, and laterals Perform seasonal system maintenance, including start-up, midseason checks, and shutdown/winterization Diagnose and program irrigation controllers; install backflow preventers, flow sensors, and pressure regulators Repair leaks in lateral and main lines, conduct valve diagnostics, and maintain valves and electrical components Operate trenchers, compactors, and hand tools safely for digging and repairs Retrofit and upgrade existing irrigation systems for optimal water coverage and efficiency Perform troubleshooting, wiring repairs, and implement water management practices Communicate effectively with clients, co-workers, and management; accurately complete inventory and service documentation Qualifications Valid driver's license
