Full-time apartment Groundskeeper position with Crest Management, Inc. at our brand new community Concord Crossing in Lafayette, IN (South Side). Duties include but aren't limited to: trash cleanup, hallway cleanup, washing fences/siding, snow removal & salting, check & clean all light exterior light fixtures, report resident violations to office staff, swimming pool maintenance and general repairs/maintenance, clean gutters, pull weeds where necessary, clean dryer vents, take out trash, complete turn checklist and general maintenance while vacant, and clean-up of dog park. •This is an outdoor job position regardless of the weather season!
