Job Description
About us While Wheeler Landscaping is based in Morgantown, IN, most of our jobsites are in Johnson County . We are looking for honest and reliable individuals who are quick learners. ```Duties``` As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for driving a truck to and from jobsites, picking up supplies to deliver as needed throughout the day, performing physical labor and helping to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform landscape installation and maintenance tasks
- Handle plants, other material, and tools safely to prevent damage
- Demonstrate jobsite awareness and show skill improvement over time
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or questions and report to management ```Requirements``` To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Good communicator and willing to ask questions in order to be an effective team player
- Possess a willingness to learn new skills and increase proficiency
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions and lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
