We are building experienced pipe crews for underground utility installation projects. Multiple positions available across all skill levels—from skilled operators and foreman to entry-level laborers. Work involves water main, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage systems for commercial and municipal development projects. Positions & Responsibilities Excavation Operators Operate mini-excavators, backhoes, loaders, etc. Maintain proper trench grades and safe excavation per OSHA standards Load/unload pipe and materials; site grading and backfill operations Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance Pipe Foreman Lead 3-6 person crews in daily pipe installation operations Read and interpret civil plans, profiles, and specifications Set line and grade; coordinate with surveyors and inspectors Manage crew productivity, safety compliance, and quality control Train and mentor junior crew members Pipe Layers Install ductile iron, PVC, RCP, and HDPE pipe systems Set up laser levels and grade stakes; verify slope and alignment Cut, fit, and join pipe using mechanical joints, gaskets, or fusion welding Install manholes, catch basins, and utility appurtenances Laborers Support pipe laying operations: bedding placement, pipe handling, joint assembly Trench work, shoring installation, and site cleanup Operate plate compactors, jumping jacks, and hand tools Material loading/unloading and general site support Requirements by

Excavation Operators 3+ years utility excavation Equipment certification, trench safety knowledge Pipe Foreman 5+ years pipe laying + 2+ years leadership Plan reading, crew management, quality control Pipe Layers 2+ years underground utilities Grade checking, pipe fitting, installation methods Laborers Construction experience preferred Physical stamina, willingness to learn, reliable

All Positions:

Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in trenches up to 12+ feet deep Valid driver's license (CDL preferred for operators) OSHA 10 required; Competent Person certification preferred Reliable transportation to job sites
