What We Offer Full-time, year-round employment Starting pay of $16.50/hour , with additional compensation based on experience. Current schedule is 6 a.m. to 3 p.m - daily hours adjust seasonally. Over-time opportunities for weekend or additional work. Performance reviews after two weeks and ongoing opportunities for advancement as your skills grow Benefits available after 90 days On-the-job training—we'll teach the right person Opportunities to grow with our expanding landscaping division What You'll Do Work alongside our experienced team installing and maintaining residential and commercial landscapes, building patios and hardscapes, planting trees and seasonal color, and creating outdoor spaces that exceed our clients' expectations. Every day is different, and every project leaves a lasting impact. Assist with landscape installation and maintenance Build retaining walls, rock and water features, and other hardscape projects Plant trees, shrubs, and seasonal color Operate hand and power tools Work as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service
