Landscape Maintenance:

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team and ensure the immaculate upkeep of our property and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of landscaping and maintenance tasks, including lawn care, tree and shrub pruning, and routine equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Cut grass, trim edges, and maintain lawns to ensure a neat and well-manicured appearance. Plant and nurture flowers, shrubs, and other plants to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the property. Prune and shape trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth and maintain an organized landscape.

General Cleanup:

Rake leaves, collect debris, and dispose of litter to keep the property clean and presentable. Remove snow and ice from driveways, parking lots, and walkways during inclement weather. Perform regular inspections to identify and address any potential safety hazards.

Equipment Maintenance:

Conduct routine maintenance on landscaping equipment, including lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers. Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition and report any issues to the supervisor. Safely operate and maintain various landscaping tools and machinery.

Grounds Inspection:

Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify areas that require attention or improvement. Report any damage, vandalism, or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel. Work collaboratively with other team members to address and resolve maintenance issues.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of lawn care and landscaping techniques. Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may require heavy lifting. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to landscaping and equipment operation.
