Kansas City Area Pay:

$18-$26.50/hour, based on experience Mission Exteriors is hiring a dependable, hardworking Landscape & Drainage Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on outdoor position focused primarily on residential drainage installations, excavation, grading, landscaping, and property improvement projects. Responsibilities Install French drains, catch basins, underground drainage pipe, and downspout systems Assist with excavation, trenching, grading, and dirt work Perform landscape installation and jobsite restoration Work around mini excavators, skid steers, dump trailers, and other equipment Use hand tools, power tools, compactors, saws, and other construction equipment Load, unload, and move materials and equipment Assist with hardscape and other exterior construction projects as needed Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites Requirements Experience using basic hand and power tools Comfortable working around machinery and construction equipment Able to perform physical outdoor work, including digging, lifting, and moving materials Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Able to follow instructions and work efficiently with a crew Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Previous landscaping, drainage, excavation, grading, hardscape, construction, or equipment operating experience is preferred. Mini excavator or skid steer experience is a major plus.

Pay:

$18.50 - $24.50 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
