Duties Mowing and trimming lawn Shrubbery trimming. Parking lot trash and debris cleanup. Truck lot trash and debris cleanup. Cleanup and upkeep of outdoor break areas. Internal Warehouse cleanup projects Pressure washing various exterior areas to maintain cleanliness. Tote and wash bay cleanup. Snow removal and salting for walking areas during winter weather. Other various tasks related to the property. Requirements Reliable. Hard working. Self-Motivated. Must be willing to work outdoors. Willing to work in hot, cold, and sometimes wet conditions. Familiar with operating a variety of landscaping and ground maintenance equipment for use and safety. Committed to safety protocols related to power tool operation and landscaping procedures. Proactive to find work to do when primary tasks are not possible due to various conditions. Communicative to management, supervision, and maintenance personnel.

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
