GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE POSITIONS

Pay:

$15

•18 per hour, based on experience and qualifications We're looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our golf course maintenance team! If you're a self-starter, show up on time, can work independently, work well with a team, and take pride in completing your work, we'd like to hear from you. No golf course experience? No problem! Training will be provided to the right candidates.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with daily golf course turf maintenance and course setup. Prepare the golf course for daily play. Cut and trim secondary roughs. Cut and remove weeds and brush. Maintain cleanliness of golf course equipment. Assist with loading and unloading materials. Perform other duties as assigned by the Golf Course Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS

Dependable and punctual. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to learn and take direction. Ability to complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly. Golf course maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.

PHYSICAL & WORKING CONDITIONS

This is an outdoor position that requires working in various weather conditions, including heat, humidity, sun, and occasional cold weather.

Job requirements include:

Standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements. Lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds. Operating and working around heavy machinery, tools, and equipment. Working with chemicals, sharp tools, soil, dust, and other outdoor maintenance conditions. Ability to safely perform assigned duties. ⏰

PM Tuesday-Thursday:

6:30 AM

PM Friday:

6:00 AM

•11:00

AM Saturday & Sunday:

6:00 AM

•10:00 AM (Every other weekend — mandatory) Weekend and holiday scheduling may be subject to operational needs.

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

Full-time position. 90-day probationary period.

Pay:

$15

•18 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. On-the-job training available for applicants without golf course experience. Equal Opportunity Employer.
