Your expertise in landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and equipment operation will help create a welcoming environment that residents are proud to call home. Duties Keep outdoor areas vibrant and clean Operate groundskeeping equipment such as pressure washer, power tools, blower safely and efficiently Maintain hardscape features like walkways, patios, retaining walls, and outdoor furniture to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal Assist with overall grounds enhancement projects to improve curb appeal Qualifications Proven outdoor work experience with knowledge of landscape maintenance and groundskeeping techniques Mechanical knowledge of power tools,pressure washer ect. Ability to operate construction-related equipment safely and efficiently Strong understanding of safety protocols related to equipment operation, and outdoor work environments Experience with grounds maintenance is a plus Excellent physical stamina for lifting, bending, walking long distances, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Join us as an Apartment Groundskeeper. Pay:

$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
