Duties Maintain cleanliness of all public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and event spaces through detailed cleaning and sanitation procedures Perform floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to ensure pristine surfaces Care for outdoor grounds by mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, watering plants, and removing debris to uphold the property's aesthetic appeal Assist with janitorial duties including replenishing supplies, waste removal, and deep cleaning projects as needed Support housekeeping management by coordinating with housekeeping staff to ensure public spaces are guest-ready at all times Conduct routine inspections of public areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report issues promptly Follow all safety protocols related to industrial cleaning equipment and chemical handling to maintain a safe work environment Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within a hospitality or industrial setting Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet extraction Prior hotel experience or familiarity with hospitality standards is highly desirable Strong understanding of groundskeeping tasks such as landscaping, lawn maintenance, and outdoor upkeep Ability to operate cleaning machinery and equipment safely and efficiently Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and safety standards Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, walking for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Join us in creating an inviting environment where guests feel comfortable and valued! Pay:
