Shop Helper / Grounds Maintenance We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Shop Helper / Grounds Maintenance employee.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with daily shop operations Maintaining grounds and general property upkeep Operating equipment safely and efficiently Loading, unloading, and organizing materials Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Following all company safety policies and safe work practices

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to operate equipment (or willingness to learn) Dependable and punctual Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors Commitment to workplace safety

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM No weekends

Benefits:

Health Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Competitive pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour , based on experience
