Housekeeping Supervisor responsibilities include organizing employee shifts, training, motivating team members, and checking private and public areas for tidiness. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of sanitation regulations and team management abilities. .

Essential Functions:

1. Train room attendants on brand standards on cleaning guest room /and bathroom 2. Stay within the minutes per room allocated for the property 3. Supervises staff on the daily basis; room should be inspected and placed back into clean status every 30minutes 4. Maintains hallways, common areas, and stairwells for cleanliness 5. Resolves guest Concerns quickly, efficiently, and courteously 6. Complete daily 7. Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in case of absences 8. Conducts regularly scheduled meetings of housekeeping personnel 9. Complete monthly linen inventory and secures all items in a secured room 10. Complete maintenance tickets for any items not working in the room or safety concerns 11. Inspect rooms daily per brand standards
