Whether you have years of landscaping experience or are eager to learn, we provide training and opportunities for advancement. Position Summary Landscape Maintenance Technicians are responsible for maintaining commercial and residential properties to the highest standards. Duties include trimming, pruning, weed control, planting and other general landscape maintenance. Our team members work together to create beautiful outdoor spaces while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Trim shrubs, hedges, and small trees Weed landscape beds and apply mulch Plant flowers, shrubs, and seasonal color Operate commercial landscaping equipment safely Perform leaf removal and seasonal cleanups Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment Follow all safety procedures and company policies Provide professional service while on customer properties Work efficiently with crew members to complete daily schedules Qualifications Required Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to work Ability to lift 50+ pounds Ability to work outdoors in Louisiana heat and weather conditions Strong work ethic and positive attitude Dependable and punctual Ability to work as part of a team Preferred (Not Required) Previous landscape maintenance experience Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment Knowledge of plants, turf, irrigation, or landscape maintenance We are willing to train the right person.
