We are hiring for our tree care business. Operated out of Belchertown, Mass we work year round providing tree pruning and removal of all sizes, tree preservation (health care, soil amendment, cabling/bracing, etc), stump grinding, land clearing, and more. We are not a tree service structured on production removals. While a big portion of our day to day work comes from tree pruning and removal, it is not an operation involving fitting the maximum amount of tree removal jobs and customers on a daily basis. We are a full service company where you'll get to experience and learn all aspects of the tree care industry. Specifically the job as a grounds person involves assisting in tree work operations from a ground position. Cleanup of tree debris once it reaches the ground, ground chainsaw work, chipper operation, ground tree felling, tree pruning, traffic control, etc. We utilize a variety of machines thay help with this process such as mini skid steers, articulated loaders, stump grinders, etc so attaining or possessing a hoisting license is an important part of the job. We operate year round, and have never laid off any of our employees. We're happy to train and help build any individuals background with various licensing, certifications, and more.
