Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning to keep grounds looking pristine Operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment such as power tools, mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently Assist with planting, transplanting, and plant identification to support healthy landscape growth Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting components to ensure proper watering schedules Apply pesticides and fertilizers following safety protocols to promote plant health while minimizing environmental impact Clear debris, snow plowing (seasonally), and perform general groundskeeping duties to uphold safety and aesthetics Follow all safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members Experience Prior outdoor work experience or groundskeeping background preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, edging, pruning, and plant care is advantageous Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, irrigation systems, and landscaping equipment operation is highly desirable Understanding of horticulture principles and plant identification helps support healthy landscape development Ability to adhere to safety protocols consistently while handling equipment and chemicals Experience with snow plowing or winter grounds maintenance is a plus but not mandatory Strong work ethic with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant environments!
