Overview We are seeking experienced, dependable professionals to join our team as a Landscape Maintenance Worker and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor environments. We care for some of Chatham's finest residential properties, where attention to detail, reliability, and pride in your work matter every day. If you thrive in outdoor settings and enjoy hands-on work with plants and equipment, this is the perfect role to showcase your expertise and passion for landscaping. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, planting flowers, and pruning trees to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and well-kept Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, power tools, and hedge trimmers safely and efficiently Property detailing and cleanup Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to support healthy growth and proper landscape design Conduct routine inspections of grounds to identify issues requiring attention or repair Follow safety procedures diligently during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents or injuries Qualifications Prior experience working outdoors in landscaping or grounds maintenance is highly preferred Reliable, punctual, and professional Valid driver's license and ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and groundskeeping machinery safely Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and fertilizing Excellent understanding of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor throughout the day in varying weather conditions Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful environments!
