The ideal candidate will be responsible for the care and maintenance of containers, window boxes, and gardens. We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about gardening. Opportunity to set your own parttime schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Plant, and maintain gardens, containers, and window boxes.
• Implement best gardening practices in keeping with the property's design scheme.
• Communicate regularly with the management team to ensure client expectations and satisfaction are met.
• Prioritize tasks on-site daily and seasonally.
• Work independently to maintain property aesthetics to a high standard.
• At all times, work in accordance with Schumacher safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Prior gardening experience.
• Strong horticultural knowledge and appreciation of garden principles.
• Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to resolve issues as they arise.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a routine basis.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel on a continual basis over extended periods of time.
• Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Willingness and ability to work around bees, poison ivy, pollen, thorns, and other environmental risks.

Compensation:

• $20.00 - $35.00/hour
• Competitive compensation based on experience
• Eligible for company supported professional training/course attendance
