This role involves performing routine maintenance and landscaping tasks to keep outdoor spaces well-maintained and attractive. Responsibilities Conduct routine lawn maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing debris to ensure a tidy appearance. Perform fall cleanups by removing leaves, branches, and other debris to prepare lawns for winter. Assist with general landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, and shrub trimming as needed. Operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently, including mowers, blowers, trimmers, and other tools. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment after each job. Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure personal safety and that of team members. Assist with additional outdoor maintenance tasks as assigned during peak seasons or special projects. Be available for potential winter work assignments related to snow removal or other seasonal outdoor tasks. Qualifications Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Reliable transportation to job sites is necessary. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
