Dex by Terra is growing, and we're looking for hardworking, reliable Landscape Maintenance Crew Members to join our team. If you take pride in leaving a property looking sharp and enjoy working outdoors with a crew that has your back, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and mulching Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers) Load and unload equipment and materials safely Follow daily route schedules and complete assigned properties efficiently Communicate with your Crew Leader/Foreman about job site issues or client concerns Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and vehicle/trailer Represent Dex by Terra professionally on every property What We're Looking For 2+ years of previous landscaping experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, standing for extended periods) Reliable transportation to the shop/yard in Hudson, MA Valid driver's license preferred Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently with minimal supervision What We Offer Competitive hourly pay, based on experience: $23-$25/hour Consistent full-time hours Opportunities for growth into Crew Leader and Foreman roles Training provided on equipment and safety A team environment that values hard work and reliability
