This role involves maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscaping and horticultural tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, possess relevant skills, and be committed to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Role Summary:
Install and maintain high-quality landscapes and hardscapes while operating commercial equipment safely and efficiently. Deliver excellent client service and help keep projects on time and on spec.
Responsibilities:
Landscape maintenance and install: planting, mulching, pruning, edging, seasonal cleanups, turf care Equipment operation: commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers; skid steer/mini-ex if experienced Hardscape support: pavers, retaining walls, grading, basic drainage Irrigation basics: start-ups, blowouts, minor repairs/adjustments Read work orders, follow plans, maintain safe/clean sites, and complete checklists Professional client communication
Qualifications:
2-4+ years professional landscaping experience Strong plant knowledge; high attention to detail Proficient with commercial equipment; able to safely drive a dump truck and haul a trailer; lift 50+ lbs; all-weather work Valid driver's license; clean record Reliable, punctual, team-oriented; can lead on-site Must be in Malden, Ma and ready to work on time each day. uties ;
