This position involves working directly in food production and assisting with the preparation, packaging, and handling of bakery products. Responsibilities Assist with daily bakery production. Prepare and package bread and bakery products. Follow production and food safety procedures. Keep the production area clean and organized. Handle ingredients, trays, and finished products. Work as part of a team in a fast-paced food production environment. Follow instructions and company procedures. Perform other production duties as needed. Qualifications Spanish required. Previous food production or bakery experience is a plus. Reliable and punctual. Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical work. Able to lift and move ingredients and finished products as needed.
