Job Overview:

Actively working and doing burials, maintaining lawns, landscaping and setting footstones. Knollwood Cemetery Corporation is looking for hard-working individuals to join the grounds crew to help provide professional services at the time of burial and help maintain the park grounds. Position Summary This role combines meticulous manual labor to prepare final resting places and workers must balance technical safety protocols with absolute respect and emotional sensitivity for grieving families. Key Responsibilities

• Interment preparation and funerals
• Ground maintenance
• Memorial care

Required Skills & Qualifications Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs), bend repeatedly, stand for 6+ hours and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Emotional Maturity:

Professional demeanor, discretion, and respect when working near grieving individuals.
