Rosewood Farms Wedding and Event Center is seeking a Handyman general maintenance operator for the spring time. Candidate must be a well driven, organized, have the ability to take direction and run with it, as well as be dependable. The job description will include but not limited to include, painting, keeping up with the grounds(flower beds, trimming trees, mulching general landscaping and maybe some hardscaping. Other duties will include, carpentry, light electrical, light plumbing, basic troubleshooting, and general repair to basic wear and tear of devices and equipment on the property. It is a plus if you are to be able to operate a tractor, bush hog, but must have general knowledge on how to use all of your basic powertools. Also required to have the ability to service all of our equipment including; mowers, Mahindra tractor, Kubota side by side, bush hog, and telescopic forklift. Must be neat and orderly and know how to clean up the mess you made once the day is done. Must have a positive attitude and very importantly be respectful. Please only serious inquiries.
