We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our marina team for the fall season. This is a hands-on position supporting daily marina operations, vessel handling activities, and seasonal maintenance projects.

Positions Available:

2 Position 1: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday Position 2: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday Responsibilities Complete daily dock walks and report maintenance, safety, or operational concerns. Assist with fuel dock operations and provide courteous service to marina customers. Assist with pressure washing boats, docks, and marina areas as assigned. Assist marina staff with blocking and securing boats for seasonal storage. Help maintain clean, organized, and safe docks and work areas. Assist with general marina maintenance and seasonal projects as needed. Follow established safety procedures when working around boats, docks, equipment, and the waterfront. Qualifications Dependable and able to maintain a consistent seasonal schedule. Comfortable working outdoors in varying fall and early-winter weather conditions. Able to perform physical work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working around boats and docks throughout an 8-hour shift. Ability to safely lift approximately 50 pounds. Strong work ethic and willingness to assist wherever needed. Marina, boating, maintenance, landscaping, or similar hands-on experience is helpful but not required. Must be comfortable working around the water. This seasonal position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is comfortable with physical work, and wants hands-on experience in marina operations.
