Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lawn Care Worker to join our outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of residential and commercial landscapes through expert lawn and garden care. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work, combined with your technical skills and safety awareness, will help ensure our clients' properties are pristine, healthy, and inviting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors in a dynamic environment, utilizing a variety of tools and techniques to deliver exceptional grounds maintenance services. Duties Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools to perform mowing, edging, trimming, and debris removal efficiently Maintain landscape features including planting beds, shrubs, trees, and hardscape elements with precision and care Install, inspect, and repair irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering schedules for lawns and gardens Perform seasonal tasks such as snow plowing or snow removal during winter months to keep outdoor spaces accessible and safe Follow all safety procedures diligently while operating equipment and working in outdoor environments Experience Prior outdoor work experience or background in grounds maintenance or landscaping is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment, power tools, and hand tools is essential Familiarity with horticulture principles, plant identification, tree care (including trimming), and gardening best practices is advantageous Demonstrated ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment safely and effectively Knowledge of safety protocols related to pesticide application, equipment operation, and outdoor work environments Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina and attention to detail Join us in creating beautiful landscapes while honing your skills in a vibrant outdoor setting!
