We specialize in high-quality landscape installations, drainage solutions, grading, sod installation, planting, and outdoor living projects throughout Howard County and the surrounding areas. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in producing quality work and working as part of a professional team. Position Type Part-Time What You'll Do Landscape installations Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials Mulch installation and bed edging Sod installation and lawn renovations Drainage and grading projects Patio and walkway installations (experience is a plus) Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Load, unload, and care for tools and materials Maintain clean, organized job sites Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Qualifications Previous landscaping experience is required Valid driver's license required DOT Medical Card (DOT Physical) preferred Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical outdoor work Dependable with a strong work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team Ability to follow directions and maintain a professional appearance Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, or other equipment is a plus What We Offer Competitive starting pay: $21-$25/hour Overtime opportunities Performance-based bonuses Opportunities for advancement Professional, team-oriented work environment On-the-job training for advanced skills Year-round opportunities for the right candidates About AJ's Lawn & Landscape AJ's Lawn & Landscape LLC is a growing landscape company proudly serving Howard County and surrounding areas.
