Job Description
Job Overview Join us as a Seasonal Project and Gardening Helper, where your hands-on skills will bring outdoor spaces to life! In this role, you'll assist with a variety of gardening, property maintenance, landscaping, and project-related tasks to ensure beautiful, healthy environments. Whether working in gardens, lawns, or back yards, your efforts will contribute directly to creating sustainable spaces. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop horticultural expertise while supporting ongoing projects in a lively, team-oriented setting. Duties Assist with seasonal cleanup tasks when needed Join Design/Install Crews with hardscape projects Assist with planting, pruning, watering, and maintaining garden beds and landscapes using hand tools and power tools. Help with operations, including plant propagation, transplanting, and environmental monitoring. Conduct lawn care activities such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to keep outdoor areas pristine. Participate in landscape maintenance tasks like mulching, weeding, and soil preparation for ongoing projects. Follow safety protocols when handling tools and equipment to maintain a secure work environment. Experience Prior experience in gardening, horticulture, landscaping or related outdoor work is preferred Knowledge of lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices is a plus. Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools used in gardening or landscaping projects is desirable. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina and attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this collaborative environment.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to and from work
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Previous landscaping experience
- Ability to operate equipment in a safe and professional manner
- Experience with backing trailers
- Good attitude with an eagerness to learn/grow
- Good communication skills with supervisors/clients
