Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor areas pristine and inviting Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for planting, weeding, aerating, and other gardening activities Conduct routine lawn care activities such as fertilizing, aerating, and overseeding to promote healthy turf growth Assist with landscaping projects including planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and installing mulch or decorative stones Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and environmental regulations Qualifications Dependable people with a driver's license will be hired. No experience necessary but the following qualifications would be great. Familiarity with lawn care techniques and landscaping practices essential for success in this role Ability to operate hand tools (shovels, pruners) and power tools (trimmers, blowers) safely and effectively Strong work ethic with the ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills for completing multiple projects efficiently Prior experience working with gardening or landscaping equipment is a plus Join us if you're passionate about transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful environments!
