Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various landscape maintenance tasks, including lawn care, tree care, and hardscape installation. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in various outdoor environments. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance duties such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Assist in tree care activities including planting, pruning, and removal. Utilize hand tools and power tools for various landscaping tasks. Engage in snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties. Execute hardscape projects such as building patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment after use. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely. Qualifications Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required. Knowledge of snow plowing techniques is a plus. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to perform physical labor including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration. Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping and maintenance tasks. Valid driver's license may be required depending on job responsibilities.
