Job Description

Position Summary We're seeking a dedicated and passionate full-time Grounds Person to maintain an immaculate condition of our grounds. Your role is crucial in ensuring that every guest's first and last impressions are breathtaking. If you take pride in your work, enjoy being outdoors, and are committed to environmental stewardship, we'd love to have you on our team. This position will starting immediately upon hiring and end on November 1, 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Grounds :
Perform routine landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, weeding, and mulching to ensure the property remains pristine.
Enhance Aesthetics :
Assist in designing and implementing new garden areas to improve the property's visual appeal.
Plant Health Management :
Monitor the health of plants and trees, applying treatments and pest control measures as needed.
Pathway & Area Maintenance :
Keep pathways, steps, and outdoor guest areas safe and welcoming through regular upkeep.
Outside Building Maintenance:
Pressure Washing and maintaining outside exterior of buildings and accommodations
Equipment Operation & Maintenance :
Safely operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment, including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and trimmers.
Daily Pool Maintenance:
Include chemical testing, cleaning, and pool deck cleaning

Requirements:
Experience :
Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping.
Knowledge :
Understanding of horticulture and environmental conservation practices.
Skills :
Ability to operate groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently. Attention to
Detail :
Strong focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Physical Ability :
Capable of performing labor-intensive tasks outdoors in all weather conditions.
Team Player & Self-Starter :
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
Transportation :
Reliable transportation-- residing within 25 minutes of the property.
Preferred:
ability to drive the tractor, manual trucks, and pull trailers & Certified Pool and Spa Operator (CPO)
Position Type:
Full-Time/Seasonal Days Required:
Thursday-Monday. All Weekends & Holidays are required.
Hourly Rate:
$15-18.50
