Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Tree Groundsman, Climber & Bucket truck operator to join our professional tree care team. In this physically demanding role, you will work primarily on the ground to support our arborists and tree climbers. Your focus will be on safety, equipment operation, and maintaining clean worksites. This position is essential for ensuring our tree care and removal operations run safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities and Duties Worksite Management & Safety Set up work zones and implement traffic control procedures. Scan areas for potential hazards and enforce safety protocols. Assist climbers with rigging, lowering limbs, and handling ropes. Equipment Operation & Maintenance Operate chainsaws, wood chippers, stump grinders, and hand tools. Load, unload, prepare, and stow equipment before and after jobs. Perform routine maintenance on company tools and vehicles. Debris Handling & Cleanup Gather and feed brush, branches, and debris into the wood chipper. Haul wood and waste materials from the tree to the truck. Clean job sites thoroughly to maintain a professional appearance.

Required Skills and Qualifications Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift 50-75 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel for long periods.
