We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional snow and ice management services to our clients. We are seeking dependable, punctual, and driven individuals to uphold our high service standards during the winter months. This role offers the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a team, providing essential services to our clients. Responsibilities Clear snow and apply salt as per property requirements using company-provided equipment Deliver high-quality work to meet client expectations Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in extreme weather conditions Remain on-call, with a focus on early morning hours Qualifications Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients Compensation Shovel crew members will be compensated with a competitive hourly rate of $30/hour .
