Job Summary Rose Landscape Services is looking for a dependable, hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our crew. This is a hands-on outdoor position working on a variety of landscape and hardscape projects throughout West Michigan. We're looking for someone who enjoys working outside, can work well as part of a team, and takes pride in doing quality work. Experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person with a good attitude and strong work ethic. Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation and renovation projects Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscape materials Install mulch, stone, topsoil, and sod Perform grading, digging, and site preparation Assist with patios, retaining walls, walkways, and other hardscape projects Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials Operate hand tools and landscape equipment Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow company and job-site safety procedures Assist with seasonal services as needed, including fall cleanup and snow removal Qualifications Dependable and able to arrive to work on time Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting approximately 50+ lbs. Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods Able to follow instructions and work effectively with a crew Positive attitude and willingness to learn Landscape, construction, hardscape, or equipment experience is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Pass random drug screenings Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday with occasional longer days depending on project needs and weather Seasonal overtime may be available Winter snow removal work may be available What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities to learn landscape and hardscape skills Variety of projects and job sites Opportunity for advancement for dependable employees who want to grow with the company Outdoor, hands-on work rather than being stuck behind a desk Rose Landscape Services is looking for people who show up, work hard, work safely, and want to be part of a team. Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
