We are looking for an experienced Lawn Maintenance professional to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position . Lawn and landscape maintenance will be the primary focus during the warmer months, with opportunities to transition into snow removal and winter property maintenance during the winter season . Depending on experience, skills, leadership ability, and overall fit, there may also be opportunities for increased responsibility and advancement within the company . What You'll Do The primary focus of this position is maintaining lawns and landscapes to a high standard.

Responsibilities may include:

Mowing commercial and residential properties Trimming, edging, and blowing Lawn and turf care Weeding and general landscape maintenance Shrub and plant pruning Lawn repair and seasonal property improvements Identifying common turf, plant, and lawn health concerns Operating commercial lawn care and landscaping equipment Performing routine equipment maintenance and keeping equipment organized Working efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Communicating professionally with customers and coworkers Supporting other landscape and property maintenance projects as needed Assisting with snow removal and sidewalk clearing during the winter season What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who has hands-on lawn maintenance experience and takes pride in the quality of their work.

Required:

At least 2 years of lawn care or landscape maintenance experience Experience operating commercial lawn care and landscaping equipment Basic knowledge of plants, turf health, and common lawn diseases Ability to safely operate and maintain lawn care equipment Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license preferred Opportunities for Growth We are interested in finding the right person for the position , and responsibilities will be based on the individual's experience, skills, and leadership abilities.
