Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Groundskeeper to join our team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our community outdoor spaces through various groundskeeping tasks. The ideal candidate will have outdoor work experience, a strong attention to safety protocols, and a passion for creating a welcoming environment. Responsibilities Perform daily clean-up of community outdoor areas to ensure a tidy and inviting environment Weeding flower beds and garden areas to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal Shovel snow or debris as needed during seasonal changes or inclement weather Assist with minor painting tasks related to outdoor structures or fixtures Prepare flower beds for planting seasons, including soil preparation and planting assistance Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others Maintain tools and equipment in good condition for ongoing groundskeeping tasks Qualifications Prior outdoor work experience preferred, with an understanding of groundskeeping tasks Ability to perform physical tasks such as shoveling, weeding, and light lifting Strong adherence to safety procedures and protocols Good attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours on a part-time basis This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy outdoor work and take pride in maintaining beautiful community spaces.
