Job Description

Focus:

Reliability and Learning Starting pay: $18/ hr (based on experience)

Max Pay:

$25/ hr Requirements Learn and follow all safety standards Reliable, punctual, and coachable Perform basic ground duties and cleanup Follow direction and maintain jobsite flow Chauffeur's license (plus, but not required)

Target:

Mastery within 90-180 days PPE Compliance (Helmet, Eye/Ear Pro, Chainsaw Chaps) Safe brush dragging & chipper feeding procedure Basic chainsaw maintenance (fueling, oil, sharpening) Jobsite setup/takedown (cones, signs, raking) Punctuality and reliability (90 day review) Valid chauffeur's license verified
