You can share your preference when completing our application https://form.jotform.com/222483945221051 What You'll Be Responsible For Landscape Team Hardscape & landscape installation Grading, drainage, planting, excavation Operating skid steers, mini-excavators, loaders (experience preferred) Reading plans and executing projects efficiently Maintaining organized job sites and equipment Lawn Maintenance Team Professional mowing, trimming, edging, blowing Shrub trimming and seasonal cleanups Operating zero-turn mowers and maintenance equipment Maintaining truck and equipment cleanliness Delivering consistent, detail-oriented results Both teams may assist with snow operations in winter. What We Expect Minimum 1 year of labor, landscaping, or relevant experience preferred. Valid driver's license with clean record Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs daily Comfortable working outdoors in all weather Strong pace, physical stamina, and attention to detail Professional communication with team and customers Ability to follow systems and use mobile job tracking software This is a physically demanding, fast-paced position.
