This position requires hands-on work with various tools and equipment to maintain the aesthetic and operational standards of our properties. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks on landscaping and irrigation systems to ensure optimal performance. Conduct landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and planting to enhance the visual appeal of the grounds. Assist with Rough Mowing, perfect for a retiree! Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various gardening and maintenance tasks. Assist with horticultural activities, including planting, watering, fertilizing, and pest control. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment. Identify and report any repairs or improvements needed for facilities or landscapes. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Skills Proficiency in irrigation systems installation and maintenance. Experience in landscape maintenance practices, including lawn care techniques. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in gardening and landscaping tasks. Knowledge of horticulture principles to support plant health and growth. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail for identifying issues in maintenance operations. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
