$38.00-$45.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

15-36 hours/week with additional optional flex-up coverage opportunities for staff vacations and illnesses. Open to discussion of scheduled shifts for the right candidate. We're a small, hands-on outpatient physical therapy and massage clinic in South Lyon, MI, where you get real one-on-one time with every patient - and the room to actually practice the kind of care that got you into this field in the first place.

Your Role:

As a licensed Physical Therapist, you'll independently evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care, and guide treatment through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training. You'll see patients one-on-one (no double-booking, ever) - and track progress and adjust care plans as needed, working alongside our clinical team including PTAs and support staff. Grow With Us Direct mentorship from day one, with new grads fully supported through their first year. One-on-one patient caseloads, not high-volume corporate scheduling. Freedom to develop your own clinical specialization (orthopedics, sports, manual therapy, and more) as you grow with the practice.

What We're Looking For:

Current Michigan Physical Therapist license (or license-eligible). Strong hands-on treatment and manual therapy skills. Excellent communication and a collaborative, team-first mindset. Genuine passion for helping patients reach their goals. New grads and experienced PTs both welcome to apply.
