Job Overview Maintain the grounds and exterior appearance of all AHI Group construction sites and company properties. Primary duties are mowing, landscaping, debris cleanup, and snow/ice removal so sites stay safe, accessible, and presentable year-round. Responsibilities Mow, trim, edge, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas at active building sites and company properties. Perform weeding, mulching, pruning, and basic planting/seasonal cleanup.

Handle snow and ice removal:

operate snow blowers and related equipment, shovel walkways and access points, and apply ice melt/salt to sidewalks, driveways, parking areas, and site roads. Keep sites free of trash, construction debris, leaves, and other materials that affect safety or appearance. Operate and perform basic daily maintenance on equipment (commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, snow equipment). Travel between multiple sites in Southwest Michigan as scheduled. Follow company safety rules and construction-site protocols. Report equipment problems, safety issues, or needed repairs promptly. Perform other related duties as assigned. $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
