Ground Control Landscaping LLC is looking for a motivated Part-Time Landscape Team Member to join our growing team. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, wants to learn the landscaping industry, and is looking for a company where they can grow their skills and take on more responsibility over time. This is not just a seasonal labor position. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, work hard, and grow with our company. The right person will have opportunities to learn different aspects of landscape maintenance, lawn care, landscape installation, equipment operation, and eventually take on additional responsibilities as their skills develop.

What You'll Do:

Assist with commercial and residential lawn maintenance Mow, trim, edge, and blow properties Perform landscape bed maintenance, including weeding and general cleanup Assist with mulch, planting, and other landscape projects Help crews with various jobs and projects as needed Assist with fall cleanups and seasonal property maintenance Learn and operate landscaping equipment safely Maintain a clean and professional appearance on job sites Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard Take on additional responsibilities as skills and experience develop

What We're Looking For:

Someone who is dependable and willing to work Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous landscaping experience is helpful, but not required Valid driver's license is a plus Someone interested in growing with a company rather than simply working a job

Seasonal Opportunity:

This is a part-time position starting immediately , with work available through the fall season. Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
