Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Snow Shovelers. This position involves clearing snow from various surfaces to ensure safe access for pedestrians and vehicles during winter weather conditions. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and possess the ability to work in challenging weather conditions. Duties Clear snow from driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, and other designated areas using shovels and snow removal equipment. Perform landscape maintenance tasks as needed, including mowing, tree trimming, and garden care. Utilize hand tools effectively for digging and maintaining outdoor spaces. Assist with hardscape projects by moving materials and ensuring areas are clear of snow and ice. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. Skills Experience in landscape maintenance, including mowing, tree care, and hardscape projects is preferred. Mechanical knowledge to operate snow removal equipment safely and efficiently. Proficiency in using hand tools for various landscaping tasks. Ability to dig and perform physical labor in cold weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
